Reviving the built environment by creating unique places to serve and connect communities.
Revival Development focuses on creating places that serve and connect communities by seeking inventive and unique ways to revive, reimagine, and repurpose the built environment. Whether it’s helping meet the basic needs of a community or creating engaging places where community and connection can thrive, our heartbeat is to create places that help communities flourish.
PLACEMAKERS
We believe places are the spaces where communities flourish the most. When a space is elevated to a place it becomes where we go to find connection, community, belonging, and to have the daily needs of our lives met. We work to be placemakers.
STEWARDS
We believe property ownership is a call to stewardship. Real estate is a unique asset in that it both precedes and outlasts every season of ownership. We view that as an opportunity to both maximize its potential while it is entrusted to us and to leave it better positioned for whose it will follow. We strive to steward well.
NEIGHBORS
We believe spaces only become places in the context of community. Therefore every real estate opportunity must be anchored in serving and connecting with the community. Neighbors care, share, and add to the overall community experience. We seek to be good neighbors
CREATORS
We believe in the potential to create value in every property, transaction, and relationship so we seek to always give more than we take and strive to find unique ways to create value in every opportunity. We are focused on value creation.
Every single property is unique with a specific purpose and potential and we are unyielding in our commitment to reenvision, reevaluate, and repurpose property to better serve and connect communities while creating value for stewards.
Integrity is at the core of who we are and how we do everything we do.
We value real people more than real estate and are dedicated to serving those that we are privileged to work with and partner together.
We believe our responsibility as stewards is to ensure our real estate provides a return on investment, but we also understand that all returns are not strictly financial. We strive to generate community, relationship, and impact returns in addition to financial.
We believe in giving more than we take and strive to find unique ways to create value for others in every transaction, relationship, and opportunity.
We seek to adopt and embrace the latest tech solutions to help maximize value while creating unique and relevant places.
We believe places are the spaces where communities flourish the most. Spaces by themselves are just where we exist at a given time, but when a space is elevated to a place it becomes where we go to find connection, community, belonging, and to have the intangible and tangible needs of our lives met. We work to be placemakers.

That vision led the project to be the center of a massive revitalization of the area with hundreds of millions of dollars in new development projects all around.
